Four levels of commitment

Level1

A survey before any quote

We walk round your home or premises, note every entry point and what you want to protect, then propose only what is useful.

Level2

Certified equipment

Alarm equipment certified NF&A2P where it exists, the label some insurers ask for. Brands chosen for their spare parts, not their advertising.

Level3

Set up with you

We set the zones, codes and phone alerts with you, show everyone at home how it works and leave a written guide.

Level4

Maintained, and guaranteed

Two years on installed equipment, an annual service if you wish, and a technician who knows your system when you call.

Four doors to go through

1

Survey visit

Free and without commitment: entry points, rooms, outdoor areas, what you want to protect and how you live.

2

Written quote

Each detector, camera and reader listed with its place on the plan and its price, sent within the week.

3

Installation

Usually one day for a home, cables hidden or wireless equipment, nothing left lying around.

4

Setting up and handover

Zones, codes and phone app set with you, a test of every detector, then a written guide for the household.

Good to know before you install

At home, a camera films only your property

Not the street, not the neighbour's garden. We set the angles and privacy masks so that the system stays within the rules.

In a shop, cameras need a permit

Filming a sales area open to the public needs a prefecture permit and a sign for customers. Images are kept one month at most, and staff are informed.

Remote monitoring is a licensed trade

It is provided by a monitoring company licensed by the CNAPS, our partner. After an alarm, it checks first, then calls the police if the intrusion is confirmed.

Tell your insurer

Some home and business policies ask for an alarm, sometimes a certified one. We give you the installation certificate to send them.

Where we install and service

Towns we cover, with how quickly a technician can come out for a fault.
